VIVID platform attaches a great deal of importance to users ‘privacy. When you use the services provided by VIVID, VIVID may collect and use your information. VIVID hope that you understand that how VIVID will collect and protect your information through The User Privacy Agreement when you are using the services provided by VIVID.
When you use any of the services provided by VIVID platform, which means you have agreed to allow VIVID to use and protect your information according to The User Privacy Agreement.
Information that VIVID might collect
VIVID may collect and use the following information when providing services. If you do not provide relevant information, you may not be able to enjoy certain services provided by VIVID or do not achieve the actual of certain services.
1. The information you provide to VIVID
When you registered with VIVID account or you are using the relevant VIVID services to provide personal information, including but not limited to your name, gender, date of birth, identification card number, contact number, email address, bank card number, current school and etc. Because of VIVID is a social product that based on mobile geographic location, authorization required to open VIVID platform to public and use your information of geographic location when you register, once you complete the registration will deemed to agree VIVID platform to extract, reserved public and use your geographic location information.
2. Others information
When you use the services provided by VIVID platform, we may collect your following information
- Log information: Use of VIVID platform services, the system may include technical information that is automatically collected through cookies, web beacon or other ways. Including but not limited to your mobile device and version and identification code used by mobile devices, as well as the IP address.
- Geographic location information: Means the relevant geographic location information will be collected when you set the device location function as open and use the relevant services of geographic location.
VIVID protects your personal information
VIVID platform will strive to take all kinds of security technologies and procedures to protect your personal information, including but not limited to SSL, encryption storage, defuzzification of geographic location, in case information leaks, damage or loss. But at the same time, kindly understand that due to the constraint of technology and other possible risks, even if our platform enhance security as much as we could will not always be assured that information is absolutely safe.
Keeping of Your information
Your Personal and other information will be kept for as long as you continue maintaining your VIVID account.

Deletion of your account can be requested via following methods:
VIVIDAPP: My > Settings > Account Security > Log out account

We will conduct an appropriate review of the account deletion request, we shall then delete the data that is not required to retain for purpose of regulatory, tax insurance, litigation, or other legal requirements. Information such as location, device and usage data will be kept for a reasonable period as it may be necessary; while it may be used for the purpose of safety, security, fraud prevention and detection, research and development. However, we will not be able to delete your account due to certain situation such as if there’s a balance on the account or an unresolved claim or dispute. The account deletion shall proceed as described above upon settlement of mentioned issues.

Certain information may be kept for purpose of safety, security and fraud prevention. As an example, a deactivated user’s account with reason of being associated with unsafe behaviour or security incidents, whereby certain information of the mentioned account will be kept to prevent from opening a new VIVID account in the future.

Policy Rights
1.We will collect the provided information by users as below:

Registration Info: Contact Number (or email, if applicable), or other third-party social platform account, to use of the one and only account information association recognition of the platform. If users refuse to provide, he/she will not able to login the application; Personal Information: Information such as user alias, profile picture, gender, hometown, self-introduction, education and occupation, users take the initiative to fill up settings and upload the information as above, also the uploader has understand that the information will broadcast to the platform itself or outside of the platform, we will present contents based on the user’s interest by using the information above and also gather the same interest group of friends in the platform. If users refuse to fill up, it will not affect any of the use of function in the application.
The content that generated by user (“UGC”): Media information such as text, pictures, videos and audios, to make use of stream transmission data or material. Users take the initiative to fill up settings and upload the information as above, also the uploader has understand that the information will broadcast to the platform itself or outside of the platform. If users refuse to provide, it will not affect any of the use of function in the application, and platform do not collect it without users being aware of it;
Facial Data: For example, when you use the functions that we provide (such as emojis special effects), for the created pictures effect or emojis to your streaming media or the platform service that you upload to. Users take the initiative to fill up settings and upload the information as above, also the uploader has understand that the information will broadcast to the platform itself or outside of the platform. If users refuse to provide, he/she will not be able to use some of the app function.
2.About Cancellation Account:

If users wish to delete personal information in the platform account, he/she may contact customer service of the application, the customer service will get in touch with users within 24 hours on the particular issue.
Before the user cancel the account, if he/she has not use up the assets of the account in the platform, such as virtual coins, virtual items or props, we will find out with the users on how to deal with the assets, users may self-decide to use up before cancel the account, or cancel the account immediately.
Once the assets of the account has completely handled, we will delete and cancel all of the information of the account, information included as below:
Clear the personal information of the users: Information such as alias, profile picture, gender, hometown, self-introduction, education and occupation;
Clear the social information of the users: Information such as the list of followers or following;
Clear the user’s generated content (“UGC”) information: Media information such as text, pictures, videos and audios, as well as user’s favourite information and etc which posted by users in the platform;
Privacy Rights
1.By using, or continuing to use, our platform and/or services, or interacting with us using your personal data, or voluntarily submitting your personal data to us when using the platform and/or services, you are deemed to have agreed and consented to providing your personal data and the manner in which your personal data will be handled. You may decline to provide us with your personal data. If you choose not to provide any personal data whenever required by us, this may limit your ability to use certain features of the platform and/or services, or we might not be able to adequately deliver our services to you.
2.You have the following rights to:

(a)Request access to your Personal Data. This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
(b)Request correction of the Personal Data that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate information we hold about you corrected.
(c)Request erasure of your Personal Data. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it.
(d)Withdraw consent. This enables you to withdraw your consent given to us to process your personal data.

3.If you wish to exercise the rights under paragraph 2 above, please:

(a)address your request in writing to us via (service@VIVID.tv)>
(b)provide us with sufficient information, or we may request for further information, for us to verify your identity as our security measures to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it; and
(c)specify the right which you wish to exercise and identify the relevant personal data for this purpose.

4.You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive, we may charge a reasonable administrative fee. If we have reasons to refuse your request as permitted under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), we will notify you of such reasons accordingly.

Refund Policy
1.If you encounter an issue with a recharge transaction, such as a failed transaction or an incorrect recharge, please contact our customer service[service@fiefdomnet.com] team within 24 hours of the transaction. Provide all necessary details, including user ID, payment method, and the issue encountered.
2.Once we receive your request, we will investigate the issue. If your request is valid, we will process the refund within 10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
3.Please note that refunds will not be granted if you have violated our Terms of Service or used our services inappropriately.
4.In case of any disputes regarding refunds, the matter will be escalated to our senior management team for resolution.
